It is known from the continuation of Regino's chronicle that Willa survived her husband Berengario II ["Eodem anno Berengarius quondam Italiae rex exul moritur et in Babenberg regio more sepelitur; cuius vidua Willa, antequam sepeliretur, velum sibi sanctimoniale assumpsit." Regino, Chronicon (continuation), s.a. 966, 177].
Place of Death: Unknown.
