In the name of god Amen the second day of July 1679: [I] Elizabeth Consit of bicklay in the perish of ebberston in the ----- of Yorke simster(?) sick in body but perfect in mind [and] rememberance thanks be to god I doe make and ordaine this to be my last will and Testament in manner and forme follow[ing] First I give unto my son [sic] Edward and Thomas two lames(?) and all the husband g<e>re and the gray mear allso Item I give and bequeath unto my two sonns one bedstead & close belonging and two of the least --nder dublars ---- and one ----- pot Item I give unto my douter mary one new bed and bed close one glaskace and one Chist Item I give unto my dowter mercy the Cubbert which was her Antt mercys and a littell bed & bedclose and a little Chist and the ---- & ---- allsoe Item I give & bequeath unto my dauter Isbell called lib one bed and bed close belonging and the ----- Chist & the yoke Chare Item I give unto my dowter Elizabeth the new Coubert and the great oke Chist and as many boards with poules as make a bed Item I give unto my dauter lidia the ------- bed and bed close and the ould Cubertt and the Chist which stands besid it Item I give and bequeath unto all my dawters all the puter and brass & Iron pots & pans to be equally devided ----- amon<g>st them all onely two --nder dublers & one pott exsepted and to be given to my two sonns Item I give alsoe unto my three daugters mary and mercy and Iszabell one Cow called ------ and all the prophits that come of her equally to be devided amongst them all Item I give unto my two sons Edward & Thomas and Elizabeth & liddia all the half pairt sheepe equally to be devided amongst them all Item I owe unto Thomas Beriman the sum of 1-10-0 [three lines of debts which have been crossed out] Item I doe allso make my two sonns Edward Consitt and Thomas Consitt my hears executors administrators and assignes(?)
